Starting a return
The return window, eligibility requirements, and authorization process are outlined below.
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after the date your order is delivered.
To begin a return, contact us at service@merowenhome.com before sending any item back. Items returned without prior authorization or sent to an address not provided by our customer-support team may not be accepted or refunded.

You must also provide your order number or another valid proof of purchase. Merowen Home reserves the right to reject a return or reduce the refund where permitted by law if the product shows signs of use, washing, damage, contamination, missing components, or improper return packaging.

Because our products may be fulfilled from different locations, do not return an item to the address shown on the original shipping label unless our customer-support team specifically instructs you to do so. Returns sent to an unauthorized address may be delayed, rejected, lost, or returned to the sender.
Customer-arranged returns
For returns requested because the customer changed their mind, ordered the wrong size or color, no longer wants the item, or otherwise received the correct product in acceptable condition:
Trackable return recommended
We strongly recommend using a trackable return service and retaining the shipping receipt. Merowen Home is not responsible for an unauthorized return or a customer-arranged return that is lost in transit. We currently do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.
When something is not right
Please inspect your order shortly after delivery and follow the documentation guidance for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered, contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery at service@merowenhome.com.
Please retain the product, original packaging, and shipping materials until the claim has been reviewed.
If we confirm that the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate resolution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include:
Minor variations in color, texture, weave, embroidery, placement, or measurements that naturally result from screen settings, photography, material characteristics, or reasonable manufacturing tolerances are not automatically considered defects. This provision does not limit any rights available under applicable consumer law.
The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, or unless applicable law requires otherwise:
A promotional price or ordinary sale price does not by itself make an item non-returnable unless the product was clearly identified as “Final Sale” before purchase.
We do not process direct product exchanges.

The new order is a separate transaction and is subject to current availability and pricing. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us before placing a replacement order so that we can review the issue.
After the return arrives
Authorized returns are inspected before a refund is approved and issued to the original payment method.
After an authorized return is delivered to the designated return location, please allow approximately 1–3 business days for inspection. We will notify you by email whether the return has been approved or whether additional information is required. Receiving a returned package does not automatically guarantee a refund. The item must first be inspected for compliance with this policy.

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for Merowen Home to process the refund. Your bank, credit-card provider, or payment service may require additional time to post the funds to your account.
Refund timing after issuance is controlled by the payment provider and cannot be accelerated by Merowen Home. If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed that your refund was approved, contact service@merowenhome.com.
Processing · Up to 10 business days after approval
Refusing delivery does not automatically cancel an order or qualify it for a full refund.
If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned because of an incorrect address or failure to collect it, any refund may be reduced by original shipping charges, return-to-sender charges, customs charges, and other nonrecoverable carrier costs, except where prohibited by law.
Orders and account support
Cancellation requests, payment disputes, and misuse of the return process are handled under the terms below.
Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after ordering. We will make reasonable efforts to cancel an order that has not entered fulfillment. However, cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun, a shipping label has been created, or the order has been transferred to a fulfillment location.
Once an order has been transferred to a fulfillment location, it can no longer be canceled. After delivery, any eligible return request must follow this Return & Refund Policy.
We encourage customers to contact us before opening a payment dispute or chargeback. Many shipping, product, and refund concerns can be resolved more quickly through our customer-support team.
This section does not prevent a customer from exercising any lawful right to dispute a transaction.
Merowen Home reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law, to refuse returns or take reasonable action in cases involving suspected fraud, return abuse, repeated unauthorized returns, false claims, altered evidence, or misuse of the return process.
